WebI have gotten things dialed in where the print seems to go smoothly, supports remove fairly well, and the layers seem to be combining well. What is happening is that it is chipping off super easy when removing any of the more pesky supports and is cracking when screws are put in that are even finger tight. Hi, When slicing a model with vertical parts barely as small as a single wall, Cura will sometimes skip them for several layers, resulting in them falling off. I tried "Print Thin Walls" and "Slicing Tolerance: Inclusive", but some parts still won't print.

WebTypically this "missing layer" effect happens if the source has a wall thickness less than the size of the extruder nozzle selected. Cura will view that part of the model as non-printable. Meshmixer and TinkerCad (among many others) will allow you to set and change thicknesses in the model.
